Do Dreams have any meaning?

Dreams can be fascinating, exciting, terrifying, or really weird. It’s a place where anything and everything can happen.

In fact, researchers have found that people usually have several dreams each night, each one typically lasting for between 5 to 20 minutes.

Most of us with our busy schedule, go through life without putting too much thought into our dreams, but what if they are not just random images and stories?!?!

What if our dreams are actually sending us a message. How would we know if we are not paying attention?

You should consider starting a dream journal! You might think:

Why would I want to do that?

Well because dreams are the window to our subconscious!

Our subconscious constantly and subtly speaks with us through our dreams. We all dream to a certain extent, I mean even when you don’t remember you had a dream, it still happened. Sometimes we can easily remember the dream we had and sometimes it’s just a short flashback or nothing at all.

But we are missing out on helpful, advice, guidance, and direction by not putting too much emphasis on what our dreams are saying. They are sometimes even able to warn us about health problems if we take the time to listen to it. I know there are the skeptical who believes that dreams don’t actually mean anything. Instead, they’re merely electrical brain impulses that pull random thoughts and imagery from our memories. But I disagree with this theory.

I don’t believe there is absolutely anything in our life’s that is random, luck or a coincidence. There are a lot of things we can’t explain yet, but that doesn’t mean it has no meaning, especially considering that this is a ritual that happens every day with EVERYONE!

Dreams have helped people create things! Don’t believe me? Google it :)!

The idea for google, the periodic table of elements, sewing machine, Nicolas Tesla with his alternating current generator, and I’m sure you can find more.

Just like working out, by practicing and working on the power of our dreams, we can have access to unlimited resources and even experience lucid dreams which can be a fascinating experience.
